Exceptionally clean and fabulous accom with perfect location close to Annecy-the Gare, the lake, the old quarter and shopping, restaurants and shopping and the old town. I truly enjoyed the real good stay.

The hotel was near to supermarket, the historic center and lake thanks to its strategic location. Also, it was a short way from vieille ville. Agreeable staff was always available in every way.

Ideal location, comfy bed, small gardens. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Annecy Old Town district. Our room was large and clean. The staff did all they can for a fine stay...

Tasteful breakfast and REALLY HELPFULL staff for splendid stay. It was a carpeted and well laid out room. The hotel was centrally located. I thoroughly enjoyed poolside restaurant. Pool was very clean too. All in all value for money.

The bathroom was mouldy.

Ideal base for 1 night. There were terrific location and staff for a very very good stay. You could walk to the shops and a market. I got free upgrade and loved it. I used private parking nearby.

Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to l'auberge du lyonnais, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel. The queen size bed in the room was comfortable. Worth its 3 stars.

Excellent base for exploring Annecy. We really loved service and location and reasonable prices. In the centre of the city, very convenient. Small balcony was a bonus.

A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Freti that was only 5 minutes' walk away. No reason to complain with the hotel: )
